United Kingdom orders tracking info will not update until the package reaches UK. Once it's received by Royal Mail the order's tracking will update.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
