We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Sometimes carriers have delay, please allow 12 business/working days, 12-20 for Uk, for your order to be delivered, once it has shipped via our standard shipping method, and/or up to 10 business/working days via our expedited shipping method. United Kingdom orders tracking info will not update until the package reaches UK. Once it's received by Royal Mail the order's tracking will update.
Processing Your Order
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is placed. A subsequent shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Shipping Timeframe
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for your order is up to 12 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of the local delivery service.

International Shipping
- If we offer international shipping, additional customs, tariffs, and fees may apply according to your country's regulations. Iddols is not responsible for these additional charges.
Tracking Your Order
- You can track your order's progress using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
