At Iddols, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below:
Return Timeframe
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. The day you receive your product, as indicated by the delivery confirmation from the carrier, marks the start of the 15-day period.
Condition of Returned Items
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items returned not in their original state or without the original packaging and accessories will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Return Approval: All returns must be approved by Iddols before being sent back. To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and email and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if We have sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, Contact us for further instructions.
- items with a final discount of 50% or more are 'Sale' and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. These items will be marked 'Sale' on the product page and will be clearly visible at checkout. This does not affect your right for exchange in case we send the wrong item.
